GANCC Membership

Joining the Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce means becoming part of something bigger than a membership — you are joining a movement to build a stronger, more inclusive Georgia. This is not about checking a box or adding a logo to your website. This is about showing up for a community that has too often been overlooked, underestimated, and underserved — and committing to change that, together.

Georgia is home to hundreds of thousands of neurodivergent individuals — people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences who bring extraordinary talent, perspective, and potential to every room they enter. And yet, too many of them still face barriers to employment, independence, and full participation in community life. GANCC exists to tear those barriers down — not through awareness alone, but through action, connection, and a growing ecosystem of people and organizations who refuse to accept the status quo.

Whether you are a neurodivergent individual navigating your path forward, a therapist or medical professional dedicated to your clients' futures, a specialized school shaping the next generation, a legal or financial professional helping families plan with confidence, or a business ready to lead on inclusion — there is a place for you here. GANCC brings every corner of the neurodiversity community under one roof, because real change doesn't happen in silos. It happens when the right people find each other, build trust, and work toward a shared vision.

When you become a GANCC member, you are not just gaining access to events and resources — you are investing in a community. You are saying that Georgia can and should be a place where neurodivergent individuals are supported across every area of their lives — at work, at home, and in the community around them. You are lending your voice, your expertise, and your network to something that will outlast any single event or initiative. And you are joining a growing movement of professionals, advocates, families, and businesses who believe that inclusion is not a trend — it is the foundation of a stronger Georgia for everyone.

Education and Skill Development

At GANCC, we believe that education is one of the most powerful tools for building a truly inclusive community — and that the best lessons often come from each other.

Every month, GANCC brings its members together for meetings designed to do more than network. These gatherings are opportunities to learn directly from the companies, organizations, and professionals across Georgia who are doing the work every day. Members share what is working, what they have learned, and how they are moving the needle on neurodiversity inclusion in real, practical ways. Whether it is a business that has redesigned its hiring process, a service provider that has developed a new model of support, a specialized school pioneering new approaches to learning, or a medical professional sharing emerging research — every monthly meeting is a chance to walk away with something you can actually use.

This peer-to-peer learning is at the heart of what makes GANCC different. We are not just bringing in outside experts to lecture at our members — we are creating a space where the expertise already inside our community rises to the surface and gets shared. When a business in Savannah figures out a better way to onboard neurodivergent employees, the whole GANCC community benefits. When a therapist in Atlanta develops a new framework for preparing neurodivergent adults for the workplace, that knowledge doesn't stay in one office — it travels through our network and reaches the people who need it most.

Beyond our monthly meetings, GANCC equips both businesses and individuals with the tools they need to succeed through workshops, programming, and targeted skill-building opportunities. We help neurodivergent individuals build the confidence, skills, and readiness they need for work and for life — in their careers, their communities, and their daily independence. We help professionals and employers deepen their understanding of neurodivergent experiences, develop stronger accommodation strategies, and build retention practices that actually work. And we help the broader Georgia community grow in awareness, capability, and commitment to inclusion — one conversation, one connection, and one monthly meeting at a time.

Policy Influence ... We Are Stronger Together

GANCC has taken a step forward in our mission by launching our Policy Committee — a dedicated group of members committed to making sure the neurodivergent community has a seat at the table where decisions are made.

Real, lasting change requires more than awareness. It requires policy. GANCC supports Georgia's neurodivergent community, the professionals dedicated to serving them, and the businesses committed to employing them. We advocate for policies that advance neurodiversity inclusion in workplaces and communities, helping employers tap into the strengths of neurodivergent talent while driving economic growth. Gathering our members' perspectives and representing those views at the state level are core functions of GANCC — along with shaping policy on workforce development, inclusive employment, living supports, and other priorities facing businesses and individuals in Georgia's neurodiversity community.

Beyond our own advocacy, we are actively partnering with and attending other organizations' convenings across Georgia to collaborate on the larger issues facing our community — because we are stronger together.

Our voice grows stronger with every new member who joins it. If you are passionate about shaping a more inclusive Georgia, we want you at the table.
